  • If you can’t make a lesson, you can let us know that you won’t be there by clicking the ‘cancel’ button against the lesson. As we already teach as many weeks during the academic year as we can, it’s not possible for us to catch up missed lessons.

There are no long term commitments - just give us a months’ notice to finish at the end of the following month.

  • Because of the different length months and school holidays, there are some months (like November) where you will get a lot of lessons. There will also be other months, like April, where there will be less.

Our membership has been designed to take it all into account and you pay the same amount each month regardless of how many lessons you have in that month.

  • Our lesson portal is a restricted area of the website where you can login and see everything to do with your membership and lessons. You can see the complete history of when lessons took place, attendance records, dates of future lesson, invoices and so on.

You’ll also receive lesson notes and progress updates which are stored in the portal too. You can also use the portal to communicate with your teacher as well.

To login in to the portal, just click the ‘Lesson Portal’ button in the menu at the top.

  • The easiest way to speak to your teacher is to use comment section of the portal. The teacher will usually reply ont he day of the lesson.

If you need to speak to your teacher urgently, drop us an email at hello@gvma.co.uk or give us a call on 01635 37868 and we can pass messages on for you.

  • To help keep the monthly cost down, our memberships are paid year round, keeping the same monthly throughout.
